Very nice respectful rework of a classic mark. Great reference material here.

Toronto, I’m told, has a bit of reputation for high quality tap water, so it should come as no surprise that this amusing turn-of-phrase/eco-friendly business venture/all-around great idea originates in the Big Smoke. You may have seen these bottles around having recently been featured on packaging blog thedieline as well as a host of other design and lifestyle blogs. Order your bottle here or poke around the tap water website to learn more about why plastic water bottles are bad, bad, bad.

Some new works from the super-creepy Mark Ryden. You may remember seeing his paintings while flipping through Juxtapose back in the day. Ryden really has a masterstroke and his eerie compositions of the classical, sexy, weird, surreal and taboo never fail to provoke a flinch.

South African photographer Henrik Purienne produces gritty, sexy and nostalgic fashion photography. He has successfully blurred the lines between fashion and erotica in a way that seems somehow less pornographic than most mainstream fashion shots. (NSFW)

Montreal art collective Laparia features a tonne of work from photographers, filmmakers, designers, graffiti artists and illustrators connected to the Montreal skate scene. Very high quality. Very subversive. You could literally spend days going through the archives.
